Where do you ship to? How much does it cost? When will it arrive?
Currently we ship everywhere in Canada only. As for rates and ETAs, please refer to our Shipping section HERE.
When do my items ship?
All items are shipped out the Wednesday of their release via Canada Post. All shipments come with Tracking so you can follow the progress as the parcel makes its way to you.
Does the shipping price increase with the more comics I buy?
No. We are of the firm belief that shipping prices should not increase if you decide to order a large quantity of comics. All shipping prices are Flat Rate which means it is the same price for shipping if you decide to order 1 comic or 100 comics.
Is there a maximum number of comics that can fit in one shipment?
Depending on the size and thickness of the comics we can comfortably fit around 100 comics into one parcel. If the order is too large to fit in one parcel then another shipping fee will be charged.
What does Bi-Weekly, Bi-Monthly, and Monthly mean in regards to subscriptions?
You can either have a comic series shipped weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly. If you choose monthly, all the various titles you are subscribed to will be shipped on the last week of the month or on the release date of your last shipping comic. If you choose bi-weekly, all your subscriptions that you have selected as such will be grouped into two shipments per month. Your initial order will charge you for only one week's worth of shipping. If you select bi-monthly, then your shipment will take place every other month. In some cases, if you pull-list consists of 5 or less titles there is an option for Quarterly shipments as well. If you ever want to change your subscription shipping method from one choice to another, please contact us at email@example.com.
What happens if I order single issues that have multiple release dates?
We will not ship the items until they are all released. We ask that you either group your cart with this in mind or be prepared to wait. If you purchase multiple items and later want to break the shipments up, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange for you to be charged additional shipping costs.
My item is damaged when I received it. What do I do?
Contact us at email@example.com either directly through e-mail or using our Contact Us form. Make sure to include the Order Number plus the problem and we will help resolve the issue.
How come the prices on your site do not match the cover price of the comic?
The prices on the comics are in US pricing and due to the difference between the dollars and the increased cost of shipping them across the border, the prices on our site reflect this.
The basic price for a non-Marvel comic translates as follows:
$3.99 US = $5.50 CAN
$4.99 US = $6.99 CAN
$5.99 US = $8.50 CAN
$6.99 US = $9.99 CAN
Due to Marvel dealing in Canadian funds and lower shipping costs, their comics are priced lower:
$3.99 US = $5.00 CAN
$4.99 US = $6.25 CAN
$5.99 US = $7.50 CAN
$6.99 US = $8.75 CAN
When am I charged for my item?
As soon as you purchase an item your card/account is charged.
What forms of payment do you accept?
PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
How do I pay for a subscription title?
You will be charged for the first issue and we will subsequently send you an invoice a few days before the shipment is taking place when it is time to pay for the next one. Only once we have received payment will we ship the next issue.
What are the benefits of being a subscriber and how does it work?

If I am not a subscriber, what do I get in terms of discounts?
You will receive 10% off of the regular price for all non-Marvel comics and 5% off all Marvel comics since they are already priced lower..
Can I add comics to my existing order?
Yes, you can always add comics to your existing order. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org wiht your additional requests and we will send you an invoice. This is a great way to do add-ons as it avoid paying an additional shipping fee if you were to checkout on the site.
How do I end my subscription for a title?
You can cancel your subscription to a title as long as you do it before the next issue's final order cutoff. All you have to do is contact us at email@example.com and let us know the title you want to drop. We will send you a confirmation e-mail in response.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of what we are selling, we do not offer any refunds.
Can I change/alter an item after the order is placed?
As long as it is before the Final Order Cutoff date we can alter the order to change an item to a similarly priced item, switch the cover, or grant you an online store credit to be used towards a future order.
What happens if I made the order in error?
If you made the order in error and it is before the Final Order Cutoff date we will grant you either an online store credit or in the most rare of circumstances (and only one time ever) a refund minus a 5% cancellation fee.
If I see something in the current month's PREVIEWS but do not see it on your site, can you still order it for me?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the item you are interested in. If it is available to ship into Canada, we would be happy to bring it in for you.
Can you order older trades and back issues?
If you do not see a title listed, contact us at email@example.com and let us know the item you are interested in. If it is still available, we would be happy to bring it in for you.
